Also I have some Sjafruddin Scissor notes that were legal tender but am unsure if they belong in a catalogue or not. These are of very poor quality, holes, tears and cello tape

As far as I understand, these were just regular banknotes cut in half. Also the ones you're showing (right half) were the ones losing their legal tender status. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sjafruddin_Prawiranegara#Minister_of_Finance I would not add them to the catalog as there is no way to differentiate them from notes recently cut in half.
edit: I meant to say right halves … so no legal tender anyway

No new swaps for the moment, still too many half-ongoing swaps to clean up!
Copied and pasted from the above Wikipedia page : “The left halves of the notes remained legal tender until 9 April 1950, with a nominal value of half its face value, and were to be exchanged with new notes, while the right halves were exchanged with 30-year government bonds yielding 3 percent". All the halves I have are right hand sides
Definitely worthy of a footnote on the notes, but not a new page outright, since there were no changes like the overprinted and halved Colombia ½ peso in the 40s
