I have found reference on NGC to a KM# 108.1 and KM# 108.2 when taking mintmarks into consideration
Are those variations correct ?

Also NGC displays a 1890 Broadaxe mintmark coin but Numista only has Halberd mintmark for that year.
Krause splits by rulers, not mint mark.
Looks like a halberd to me.

Broadaxe would be inconsistent with other coins issued. I expect Krause is incorrect.
There's another error in Krause. Typically inauguration year issues are attributed to the ruler at the start of the year. In this case Wilhelmina wasn't inaugurated until 23 November 1890. The other two denominations issued in 1890 are attributed to William III in Krause. I think the 1890 2 1/2 cent coin should be KM# 108.1.

It doesn't matter here as Numista doesn't split types by ruler. But if you collect the Netherlands by type, ruler, and mint-master mark you probably want an 1890 2 1/2 cent and place it under Wilhelmina.

By the way: Please link to the Numista page when talking about a listed type.
