A photo of the reverse would be helpful but I think it is pretty obvious it is a rather poor replica.

I will admit the reverse looks better than the obverse but it still does not look right to me and the weight is of concern. Perhaps we should wait for other opinions from Italian experts.

Where did you buy it?

If I look at auction sales, I can see plenty of examples with weight closer to yours than to the Numista weight , from many different auction houses, so I am not sure the weight is an indicator of authenticity:

I buy it from coins market like buy now
The seller is professional I have buyed from him A lot of coins more expensive than this
T has way I trusted him

I am just saying there appear to be many examples of this coin with a weight like yours.

I cannot give any additional help on authenticity.

I think is authentic because I found more information of this coins with very defferents weights starting from 1,70 g-2,12g
