Can anyone identify this coin? Year-County-Amount?

It's Afghanistan and I think the year is 1918 (but I'm not very good at converting Hijri dates). Without measurements like weight/diameter it's difficult to narrow it down further.

The year is AH1329 (١٣٢٩) , but since you didn't give us an idea about the alloy, weight and diameter, it's difficult to say.

As pointed out by @sjoelound, that ID is not correct.
More likely it is a 1/2 rupee or rupee, based on size (20 mm or 25 mm)
