Plus there are several users that have checked this year as present in their collection, which I believe is by mistake.
How can I delete these years?
Thank you
As long a year line is checked by a member you can't delete it as referee. You'll need to ask a master referee or catalog administrator.
And proving the existence of a coin is very easy, proving the in-existence of a coin is much more difficult.
I know that 2012 and 2014 are not to be found. This is why whenever anyone asks to add anothery year, I always ask for a picture confirmation. However I can't edit the older years.
Cita: "barsalex"I know that 2012 and 2014 are not to be found.
"are not to be found" and "don't exist" are two different things. Some Numista members claim to have a 2012 and/or 2014, although that doesn't mean they really have it of course.

You are right, but this is a different topic of discussion. That's why I wrote "not to be found", because, as someone said earlier, it is easier to prove a coins existence than its in-existence. There is no way to contact the persons that checked these years in their collection and ask them to send a picture of the year.
Even now, if you add a year by mistake, and someone else checks it in their collection, it's done. It will stay there forever...
I'd rather like to be able to delete the year, and wait for someone to contact me and say that a year is missing, than me trying to prove that this year doesn't exist.

If this is the case, the referee should contact these members and ask for pictures of the coin.
I've done this myself when people claiming they have none-existing dates/varieties etc.
Will you please explain how to contact these members? I don't see any option to see the list of members that actually have this year, only the number of members.
