There is NO such thing as the Fourth Dominican Dollar!
Dominica is in the East Caribbean States currency union - which means that the East Caribbean States Dollar is legal tender in Dominica.
Any medal-coins struck in the name of the Commonwealth of Dominica (which is actually a British Commonwealth republic since 1978) are denominated in East Caribbean States Dollars.

Cita: "stratocaster"This looks correct, so I've changed the name, and this coin should be moved:

If the referee Essor Prof thinks otherwise, let me know.
This certainly isn't correct, with the same currencies with overlapping dates. So I've moved the coin in your link with this result:
Cita: "peterjhalford"No coins between 1825 and 1965? Or just none in The catalogue yet?
Peter,
Dominica used British coins until 1955, then the British Caribbean Territories (Eastern Group) coins from 1955 to 1965.
Since 1981, Dominica has used the East Caribbean States coins, considering it is part of a currency union - which includes Anguilla, Montserrat, & Grenada.
