Hi all.
I am entering my United States banknotes in Numista and a question has arisen. Is a 1 Dollar bill from 1995 web note letter F (Atlanta Georgia) with FW (Fort Worth) possible? In the list are:
1995 F
1995 F Star
1995 F web note
1995 F FW
1995 F FW Star
Wikipedia says no toilet paper roll print at Fort Worth.

I take it you don't like Americans

You are supposing wrong
It's printed like a toilet paper roll on a continious paper roll nothing more nothing less.
I suppose you have easily hurt feefees and a huge ego to project everything onto yourself. 🤔

I guess it does look like TP.
Show the note? The banknote catalogue is new and i (and many others) have been trying to finish it. It's very possible you found a new one, I've found three so far.

as you can see the paper is different. Darker
I have a Hawaii bill turned into a short snorter,
in case one day you decide to write It down in the catalog
There shouldn't be a color difference just different plate numbering and maybe a small difference in cuts.

That little letter-number combo to the left of the 6 is a baseplate number, which tells you where the note was on a sheet. Web notes don't have this number, since they wouldn't have needed that information. Sorry to say this is just a standard sheet note.
Here's one from Cleveland, printed in 1995, with a cropped image of the BPN (Back Position Number 9 -seen high up not too far from "IN GOD WE TRUST:"

For me (anyway) I find it easiest to detect a WEB (compared to regular intaglio) by finding the location of the BPN (although there are other ways to identify one).

Here's "FR-1900" a typical intaglio press "Mule" note from 1963 (where the high BPN is below the ONE):

There are other differences as pointed out by that excellent link to Wiki but when I hold them side by side you can see that the ink seems a bit darker green on the Web-pressed note (compared to a regular run). Also, the above intaglio 1963 note seems to have that impressive, almost 3-D look that is more typical of intaglio, whereas the "Web" note's design seems a bit flatter to view in person.
