Mint: Aix-en-Provence.

but the engraver's mark is like "cockerel" ... Engraver: C-R. Röettiers ???

very bad condition of the coin ... I would not waste my efforts to determine such ...
I only can see a shadow of that date but my guess would be 1780
I see what looks like 80, but the numeral should be larger. I say it looks like 86 BB Strasbourg just a few years off from this one:

for mintmark BB, the left vertical should be straight, but on this coin it is concave inward ... is that wear?

Do the privy marks below the bust correspond the mint marks below the shield?
i.e., the heart mark on obverse == BB for Strasburg on reverse?
