All perfect. Considering Numista warning at rigers_s profile I was very careful. I asked him to send me scan of coins and also to send his coins first. I selected coins from his scan and he sent me those coins. After only 9 days (from Albania to Slovenia) I received his letter with coins.
I am very pleased with this deal, because I got some hard-to-get Albanian coins in high quality from rigers_s.
When Albania issues new coins, I will certainly ask rigers_s for them.

--- : coins were packed without any precautions, there was several errors on coin's dates and types, shipping cost he told me in order to negociate the price was much higher than the actual shipping cost.
My conclusion : you can swap with rigers_s but you have to be vigilant.
