The mint name is usualy read as Khwash or Khwast, and sometimes Khust or Khost. While the actual mint is unknow, they are usualy attributed to either Khust in North-Eastern Afghanistan or Khwast near Ghazna. But die linking has found these unlikely. See here for more information.
