Hello, I believe it was my mistake when the issuer for Spanish Notgeld section Bellpuig was created, I placed it in the Province of Barcelona when it should be in the Province of Lleida.
I apologize and request that the Bellpuig issuer be moved from the Province of Barcelona to the Province of Lleida.
