I tried to compile a list of the signaturs for Singapore.
I couldn't quite figure out Loong's time in office, since he had two titels over that time.
Hope referee @titus17 will give thir thoughts in case anything is wrong :D

That's seen in the bottom of the spreadsheet where I link to the specific issuere and the ID of the issuere can be seen :)
