Am I right to say that this kind of private over prints are not illegal in Iran? 

 

Should I say, this is ‘home made’

 

I bought one many years ago for few dollars. 

 

In Australia, if you do that, you will get arrested and charged in court. Bank in the 1990s, a sitting Prime Minister autographed on a $5 polymer note for a fan. The law enforcement searched the home of the guy who got the note but could not locate the note. If found, that PM will be charged.
