Hi.
To answer your questions.
Am staying in a protected nature reserve.
Bought land my first trip from Africa 1992.
Was granted a building license , within certain municipal conditions. So went ahead and built.
WiFi networks I tried satellite/ Vodafone etc.
Since 1992 from forgotten area this place has grown but land big enough to survive/ barter meat/ vegetables/ fruit etc.
Am an hermit so after population growth here? I did think moving out. But gotten old NOT moving. Am stubborn + African 😂.
It's a pretty simple life, example is I don't own a car . Sea/ agriculture / hunting!!for me enough. Saw boars tracks this morning, 30 metres from kitchen door.
WiFi only been using last 4 years.
Off the grid? I still have to pay taxes/ utilities,
But am pretty safe. Coins are distributed kids over 3 continent, have MY coins emergency move out within 5 minutes packed last 10 years.
Had lots guests ask , how to adapt ? SIMPLE life.!! Only answer I give. Ran a Airbnb whole year for Afghanistan veterans. Really enjoyed conversation meal/ barbecue times.
Hopefully was able to answer your questions.
If you trolling? Am fine with it.
Be safe.
