Beumer.es is not a reputable seller?

I bought a coin album a couple of months ago via their net Shop. Nothing arrived. I have send a couple of emails for them in spanish, but did not get any reply. I thought this is a very reputable coin shop in Spain.

Do you have similar experiences?

This is not me, Ronald Beumer and I live in Netherland now. Those people with my last name in Spain, I do not know.
