1 rupee banknote 1975 [resuelto]

A discernible difference in the size of these 2 notes. Can someone please explain why this happens.

This is the Numista link to the said note - 97mm x 63mm. Checked a few of my notes - they measure 95 to 96mm
1 rupee 1966-80

Shrinkage over time especially if they got wet plus wrinkles could account for the differences.
