Commemorative 2011 BU Set of 8 coins together with Mint set Token.

Issued on the occasion of the “Holland Coin Fair” (Den Haag, February 4-5, 2011).

This is the second in the “Museum Muntschatten” (Museum Treasures) series and is dedicated to the Groninger Museum. Located in the city of Groningen, it is an eclectic museum that stands out from the others in terms of style and mentality: in the field of modern and contemporary art, it focuses on nonconformism, “border areas,” and new trends.
Contains Mint set token “Token - Royal Dutch Mint Holland Coin Fair 2011”. In 100 sets one silver medal is included.

1,750 pieces were sold at the “Holland Coin Fair” (Den Haag, February 4-5, 2011) and 1,250 on “Dag van de Munt” (Mint Day – Utrecht, June 18, 2011).
